We've made it tradition to spend Christmas Eve with my mom's cousin Ron and family. We always have such a good time together. So Tami dressed up Kyah and Memphis for the reading of Luke 2. It was so cute. They didn't leave the attire on very long but it was still fun.

That's right... frantically trying to finish Shauna's gift 3 days before Christmas.... Thank goodness for my boss and his wife. I got the idea from them, since they have one they made in their house. I was struggling to make the crackle paint look right, so after four tries... Troy and KaeLynne saved the day. We worked on it from 3 - 7. I was so happy to finally have it done and looking as good as it does. It was a great experience and hope to have one for our own house someday!!!!

For our ward Christmas party they asked people to bring red or green jello salads. I did both. :) Layer after layer...
I love making these salads. My sister got the recipe from a friend at work and anytime we are asked to bring something I do this. It's pretty and tastes DI-VINE!
So I took salads to the ward party and they had already put other peoples jellos out on the tables and people were actually trading theirs for mine when they saw it. :) Needless to say both were gone in a matter of minuets and I'd think it's safe to say they were a hit.

Found all my letters from High School and snail mail letters from Flagstaff and Utah. Remember when people used to do that... write real letters??? I thought I had thrown them away, but I am so glad I didn't! Good stuff!

New snow gear for the D man!
That night he woke up in the middle of the night and saw it laying there and just kept saying "hat". So we wore it at 3 am watching cartoons.

Ok, this was from last night while we were downtown... but it gets two days!
My mom, Kristi, Stacey and Me got to attend the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Christmas concert. If you ever have the chance to go... do it. This was my third time and it's always so amazing and uplifting.
This years guest was Natalie Cole... and blonde me just put together that she is Nat King Cole's daughter. Awesome, right? LOL!
The night ended walking through Temple Square and hot chocolate.
We missed Shauna being there. Maybe next year... ALL the girls can go! :)

Memphis loves this NC Ram. I saw this in the storage bin and just died laughing. She is such a little mother. At night her and I tuck a variety of things in for bed. Funny, sweet girl.
